Welcome to ShopAlts. Because we sell digital products, our refund and replacement policy is different from physical goods.

Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing.

Digital Product Policy

All products sold on ShopAlts are digital gaming accounts delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, once an account has been delivered it cannot be returned.

For this reason, refunds are generally not possible after delivery.

Replacement Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an account that:

  • Does not work

  • Has incorrect login details

  • Cannot be accessed

You may contact our support within 24 hours of purchase, and we will provide:

  • A replacement account, or

  • Assistance to resolve the issue.

When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • The account cannot be replaced

  • The product was not delivered

  • A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible.

Situations Not Covered

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • The account was modified by the buyer

  • Login information was changed by the buyer

  • The account was banned or restricted after use

  • The buyer violated the game’s terms of service

  • The buyer simply changed their mind

Delivery

Most products are delivered instantly after successful payment. In rare cases delivery may take up to 24 hours.
